Language of the Congress
The official language of the congress is Turkish; however English sessions will be simultaneously translated into Turkish in required halls by UKOK.Scientific program will be held between the dates of 24 and 29 October 2017.

Congress Name Tags
Congress name tags must be carried in all sessions, social activities and commercial exhibition areas. Participant who made a pre-registration, will be able to take their name tags along with other documents without waiting during pre-registration. In on-site registrations , participants will be able to take their name tags upon completion of the registration process, and will be able to move on to the related unit.

Cards with barcode will be used as name tags in our congress. All the activities around the congress will be processed to the memory of these cards. For this reason, it will not be possible to walk around the congress area without this name tag. Since the services that the members will benefit from have certainly been determined with barcode cards, we would like to emphasize again that name tags do not only show identity information, but they are also a password card to benefit from the congress activities within the scope of their rights.

Credit Facility
The congress will be provided a loan by Turkish Medical Association STE board of Credit Facility.

Certificate of Participation
All the participants that have registered for the congress will be given certificates of participation by 13 November 2016. These certificates must be taken from the registration desk.

Official Invitation, Passport, Visa
In accordance with the requests of the participants, official invitation letter will be sent by Congress Organization Committee.
