Convention Language
The official language of the convention will be Turkish, while sessions in English will be translated simultaneously.
Scientific program will be conducted in November 6 – 10, 2013.

Convention Nametags
It is obligatory to wear convention nametags during all sessions, social activities and in commercial exhibition areas. Pre-registered participants will be able to receive their nametags during pre-registration along with the rest of their documents. Participants registering on-site will receive their nametags and move to the relevant unit upon the completion of registration process.

Barcoded cards will be used as nametags during the Convention. All activities included within the scope of the convention will be encoded in the card memory. Therefore, it will not be possible to tour the convention center without these nametags. We would like to emphasize that as the services to be provided for the members are definitely pre-designated by the barcoded cards, these nametags are not only considered as identification but also as a passcard for convention activities.

Convention will be accredited by Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Training Accreditation Board.

The lowest expected temperature in Antalya in November 6 – 10, 2013 is 10°C, while the highest is 21°C, and the humidity is 60 -70%.

Official Invitation Letter, Passport and Visa
An official invitation letter will be sent by Convention Organization Committee upon demand from participants.
