Participation Certificate
The distribution of the participation certificates for all the participants will start as of 21 January 2018. The persons leaving prior to this date is kindly asked to inform the registration desk about their address or to submit a written permission of authority for someone else to take it on their behalf.

Invitation Letter
In case requested by the participants that registered TOA 39th Winter Symposium, an invitation letter will be sent by the Organization Secretariat so that they can get permission from their institutions.
