Language of the Congress
Official language of the Congress is Turkish. Scientific program will take place between 24 - 27 September 2020.

Congress Name Tag
It is obligatory to carry the name tag of the congress in all the sessions, social activities and commercial exhibitions. The participants who have made pre-registration will be able to take their name tags which are prepared in advance with the other documents during the pre-registration at once. For the on-site registrations, the participants will be able to receive their name tags after completing the registration processes and go to the related unit.

Credit Facilities
Congress will be credited by Turkish Medical Association STE Credits Council.

Formal Invitation, Passport and Visa
In accordance with the demands of the participants, an official invitation letter will be sent by the Congress Organization Committee.

Communication Services
During the Congress, fax, phone and electronic mail services will be at your disposal in our congress center. Among these services, whereas fax and phone will be paid-services and electronic mail messages will be free.
