Accommodation lists must be transmitted to Global Turizm 15 days before the start of the congress. Turkish Ophthalmology Association and company are not responsible for issues resulting from re-namings and the arriving lists after the date of October 15th, 2020.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

Services that includes to accommodation rates;

• 4 Nigths or 5 Nights (November 04-08, 2020 or November 03 -08, 2020) accommodation on All Inclusive Concept Bases. Less than 4 night participation will be charged as 4 night accommodation package. Dates excluding the accommodation package will be charged with respect to demanded nights.
• For all hotels checkin time will be 15:00 and checkout time will be 12:00.
• Rates will be subjected to 8% VAT

Global Turizm is privileged to determine the hotels, where the participants will stay, and announce it 1 (one) week before the congress. Global Turizm, in good faith, will try to arrange rooms at the main hotel that the congress will be held. If there is no availability at the main hotel of the respective Congress, Global Turizm has the right to arrange the room allocation at other near hotels that are under approval of the Congress Executive Board.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION FEE

All accommodation processes of the congress must be practiced through the agency of Global Turizm. In cases of not accommodating on congress hotels or not taking the accommodation through Global Turizm, external participation cost will be added as a package. We kindly request you to pay the fee before the congress by virtue of the fact that there will be no entrance allowed for those who did not pay external participation fee. External Participation Fee is 2500 TL + 18% VAT and package fee will be appped.

WHAT IS EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION FEE?

Food and drink services of all bar and restaurants are free of charge in hotels that work in all inclusive systems through congress activities process. For this reason, ID check is implemented for entrances to hotel and in case of not accommodating on congress hotels through the agency, hotel demands an external participation fee. In case of not paying this cost, entrance is not allowed to the hotel. All participating individuals and company representatives are subject to external participation fee. Payment must be rendered before the congress.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For the written cancellation requests received before August 15th, 2020 the 50% of the total amount will be refunded. There will be no refund for the requests received after this date.
