Scientific Language
The presentation language of the course will be English. Simultaneous translation will be provided between English and Turkish.

Accommodations will not be provided by organization secretariat. Hence the district has many hotel options in walking distance, including Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus itself, participants can make their reservations individually.

Certificate of Attendance:
Certificate of attendance will be given to all attendees who submit the feedback survey at the completion of the course.

Letter of Invitation:
In case of demand, a letter of invitation should be sent by Organisation Secretary to those who need to obtain permission for absence from their work places or visa transactions after their registrations has been completed.
