- Two oral presentations will be given before the panel. These presentations are limited to 5 minutes. Applications for these presentations must be submitted no later than 10 days before the meeting.
- Panels will be conducted as interactive roundtables and case discussions; details will be determined in advance by the moderator and the panelists.
